We want you to feel safe ordering from Virezaa.

Skin care takes time, so give your kit a fair try. Use the soap and the lotion as directed for 30 days.

If you’re not happy with it for any reason, email us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll refund the full amount you paid for your kit, including any shipping you paid.

No restocking fee. No need to send anything back. No hard questions.

How It Works

  1. Email virezaahelp@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number.
  3. We’ll confirm your refund within 1 to 2 business days.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the money to show up, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Opened and used products are covered too. Using them is the whole point of the trial.
  • All kit sizes are covered: the 2-Month, 4-Month, and 6-Month Routine.

The Fine Print

  • Requests must be sent within 30 days of delivery.
  • This refund offer applies once per customer.
  • Products bought from other sellers are not covered.
  • Discounts, promo credits, and coupon values have no cash value and are not refunded on their own.

If Your Skin Reacts

Please patch test first. If you notice redness, itching, or irritation, stop using the product and contact us. Your 30-day guarantee still applies. If the reaction does not go away, please see a doctor.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

Please check your order when it arrives.

If an item arrives damaged, leaking, wrong, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send:

  • Your order number
  • A short note about the problem
  • A photo, if you can

We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
